"After the Storm"
I did this painting twice. One hangs in Bube's Brewery in Mount Joy, Pa.
"Devil's Tower"
This painting is of a coal mine site in Pa. It was later destroyed due to a worker's death. Notice the white shine on the bottom of the workers' station in the reflection. This is the result of the camera's flash reflecting off pencil marks. I often use a pencil to fine-tune a painting.
"Tribute to Sargeant"
A gift for a dear friend whose words are always encouraging.
"Wolf"
I have a friend at school who loves wolves.
"Sarah's Guardian"
For Sarah, one of my former students.

Tribute to Vermeer.
"Eye"
This painting was fun. One of my former students loved it so I gave it to her. It now decorates her bedroom wall.
"Atala"
My wife loved this painting--"The Burial of Atala," by Girodet--when she saw it on our honeymoon trip to Paris. I painted it for her and it now hangs in our bedroom.
"Liberty"
Lady Liberty on a large saw blade.
